Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

All refunds, returns, or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.

For undamaged items and signed books that have not been personalized, refunds may be issued within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, a refund or exchange cannot be offered and returns will not be accepted.

Personalized items cannot be returned and may only be exchanged if damaged or offered a partial refund should you choose to keep your item. Partial refunds are set at the discretion of BRSwrites.com.

To be eligible for a return of either undamaged items or unpersonalized signed books, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns are not accepted after 30 days of purchase, and refunds will not be issued.

Signed books that have been personalized are not eligible for a refund or return, but if damaged in shipping, may be exchanged for a new book or partial refund should you choose to keep the damaged book.
